Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to build resilience, reduce stress, and restore balance.
My classes create a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Suitable for all levels, each class provides tools you can carry into daily life—helping you feel grounded, energised, and more at ease.
Weekly class is on Monday mornings @ 9:30 am till 11 am @ The Carlton Clinic, Unit 24, Tilgate Dr, Crawley RH10 5PH
We run various events throughout the month.
Therapeutic Note
Kundalini Yoga is often experienced as more than physical movement alone. Through breathwork, movement, meditation, mantra and deep relaxation, the practice can support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and a deeper connection to self.
At Time2Breathe, classes are offered within a gentle, grounded and supportive environment, encouraging participants to work at their own pace and honour their individual experience. Many people find that a regular practice can help reduce stress, improve emotional balance, support resilience and create a greater sense of inner calm and clarity.
While Kundalini Yoga may offer therapeutic benefits, it is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or mental health treatment. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and to seek appropriate professional support where needed.
Classes are inclusive and open to all levels of experience, creating time and space to reconnect, restore and empower positive change.
