Hi, my name is Jennifer. I’m a Psychodynamic Counsellor, Shamanic Practitioner, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Gong Practitioner and Reiki Master based in Crawley, West Sussex.

At Time2Breathe, I offer holistic wellbeing services designed to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and personal growth through a range of therapeutic and complementary practices.

My work is rooted in one core intention: supporting people in returning to their authentic self through deeper connection, awareness and care. Through Kundalini Yoga classes, Gong Baths and Sound Healing, Reiki treatments, Shamanic Healing and wellbeing workshops, I create gentle and grounded spaces where people can slow down, rest and reconnect with themselves in a calm and supportive environment.

With a therapeutic and holistic approach, my classes and events are designed to support stress reduction, relaxation, mindfulness, emotional balance and inner wellbeing. Each offering honours the connection between mind, body, emotions and spirit, creating accessible opportunities for self-care, healing and restoration.
