Shamanic Healing - A Path to Wholeness

Shamanic healing is a powerful and ancient practice rooted in indigenous wisdom. It restores balance across the four aspects of self: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. By clearing stagnant or blocked energy, this work supports emotional release, energetic healing, clarity of mind, and a renewed sense of connection to your authentic self.
Each session begins with a grounding process to help you feel calm and receptive. From here, I draw on one of four healing systems, blending energy work with the transformative effects of sound. Vocal tones, breath sound, and—when appropriate—gentle, intentional touch are used to bypass the analytical mind and reach the root of imbalance. This helps to reweave the energy centres, awaken inner healing potential, and restore your natural flow.
When needed, regression work guides you safely into past experiences, releasing subconscious patterns, negative conditioning, and limiting beliefs. This helps free emotions held in the body and energy field. Soul retrieval may also be used to reintegrate fragmented aspects of the self, fostering wholeness and vitality.
Clients often describe a greater sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment following these sessions—supporting meaningful personal transformation and emotional well-being.

Regression & Soul Retrieval
This guided process invites you into a calm, heart-centred space where you can safely explore meaningful experiences from this life or beyond. Using gentle regression techniques, we connect with your subconscious and higher self to access symbolic memories or patterns that hold insight for your present journey.
Throughout, you remain fully conscious and relaxed. What arises often brings understanding of unresolved emotions, recurring life themes, or soul gifts that are ready to be reclaimed. Sound Therapy uses sound frequencies alongside reflective enquiry to support emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing. By engaging the body’s natural rhythms, it helps reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and guide the brain into restorative states of calm.
This immersive experience may bring emotional release, imagery, or physical sensations—all part of the body’s innate healing response. The integration of gentle reflection helps you process insights, making this work a valuable complement to counselling or psychotherapy.
