Sound Therapy Offerings

One-to-One Sound Therapy

Duration: 1hr - £50

Sound Therapy uses sound frequencies alongside reflective enquiry to support emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing. Engaging the body’s natural rhythms helps reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and guide the brain into restorative states of calm.

This immersive experience may bring emotional release, imagery, or physical sensations—all part of the body’s innate healing response. The integration of gentle reflection helps you process insights, making this work a valuable complement to counselling or psychotherapy.

Two-Person Sound Therapy

Duration: 1hr - £60 (£30 per person)

A shared sound healing experience with a partner, friend, or loved one. Though not individually tailored, the collective resonance fosters deep relaxation, emotional release, and connection.

Group Sound Bath Events

Duration: 1hr - Contact for pricing and Availability.

Group sound baths use gongs, bowls, chimes, and vocal tones to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind. The shared field of vibration creates a deeply restorative and unifying experience.​

Weekly Sessions every Friday Lunchtime @ 1 pm till 2 pm

Gong Baths and Sound Healing offer an opportunity to slow down, rest and reconnect through the therapeutic use of sound, vibration and deep relaxation. The immersive tones and frequencies of the gongs, alongside other healing instruments, can help create a calming environment that supports rest, reflection and nervous system regulation.

Many people experience Gong Baths as deeply restorative, often reporting a sense of relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, inner stillness and a greater connection to themselves. Sound can gently support the body and mind in moving away from states of stress and overwhelm, inviting space for balance, grounding and renewal.

At Time2Breathe, sessions are held within a safe, supportive and grounded environment where participants are encouraged to simply rest and receive the experience in their own way. Each person’s response to sound is unique, and experiences can vary from session to session.

While Gong Baths and Sound Healing may offer therapeutic benefits, they are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or mental health treatment. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and to seek appropriate professional support where needed.

These sessions are open to all and are offered as a gentle invitation to pause, breathe and create time and space to empower positive change.
